Developers Den provides software development, mobile/web app development, UI/UX design, AI Solutions and related professional services. Service details, deliverables, and fees are defined in the project agreement or Statement of Work (SoW).

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project information, respond timely to communication, and cooperate for successful service delivery. Delays or incomplete information may affect timelines and costs.

3. Fees & Payment
  • Fees are set in the project agreement or SoW.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
  • Developers Den retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

  • Custom deliverables transfer to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We may use anonymized project work for marketing/portfolio purposes unless the client objects.
5. Confidentiality & Compliance

We comply with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and IEEE standards:

  • Confidential client information is protected and not shared without consent.

  • HIPAA PHI is handled securely when applicable.

  • Data security practices follow ISO 27001 requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability

Developers Den is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project/service.

7. Termination
  • Either party may terminate service per the project agreement.

  • We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or misuse of the website/services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Where necessary, disputes will follow the applicable laws and regulations relevant to the client’s location and the services provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of services or website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
